Tap on that map and it will download to your device. You can then start your walk, referring to your downloaded map as you would if it were a paper map.
Alternatively, if you have mapping software (a map app) on your phone, then a tap on the blue button below the map will download the GPX file to your phone. This will open in your map app and, if your location is turned on, will guide you along your walk.
